September has been a wealthy month for our online metrics. We generated an increase of 544, 600 views compared to August and the number of video views is on the rise with 1 124 347.

In August 2016, we noted an increase in page views on Lexpress.mu, the total amount of page views for that month was 7,147,339.

A record of 1,722,777 people reached on Facebook was recorded in the last week of July. This audience was boosted by the live coverage of the budget by our multimedia journalists.

In June 2016, the Youtube channel of l'express has registered a new all-time high of 1,700,000 video views. Several news pieces captured the audience's attention : the MV Benita gone aground, the tragedy in GRSE and the insults of Shakeel Mohamed.

In May 2016, the video channel of L'express, which is the first Youtube channel of Mauritius has recorded over 1,400,000 views. This is namely due to popular interest that the arrest of rastafaris has generated.
